As a family run business we care about your satisfaction and understand the dissapointment of possibly receiving damaged, faulty or incorrect items. To this end we personally check every product for quantity and quality to ensure that it reaches you in perfect condition.
In the unlikely event that any goods are damaged, faulty or incorrect we will exchange the product at our expense including any courier / delivery charges. Please email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery and we will arrange for the replacement goods to be delivered and the incorrect items collected.
If you are not satisfied with the products for any other reason you may return them to us, subject to a 25% re-stocking charge, at your expense within 14 days of delivery for a refund (excluding delivery / courier charges.) Refunds will be made by crediting your Switch / Debit Card within 48 hours of receiving the returned goods. If you are exchanging goods please note that delivery charges are applicable on forwarding you the alternative items.
To obtain this refund all we require is for the products to be returned to us unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Please therefore take care when unpackaging the items originally. Thank you.
HOW TO ARRANGE THE RETURN OF GOODS:
Please email (email@example.com) or telephone (020 8878 1592) to arrange the issue of a Goods Return Note. We will either email or post (your preference) this document to you by return. Telephone contact for returns are available weekdays only from 10.00am - 5.00pm.
Please note that goods cannot be returned to us without this document.
